About Us

First and foremost the Business is Family run and established in 2003 We were the first in the south west to offer this service and we believe that we are still the best, but we never sit on our laurels and are always looking at new ways to improve our service and indeed our range of services. ( check out www.instanz.co.uk). We are Plymouth Based, But do work in Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. The business was formed out of our Love for Photography and computers. Since our initial Unique idea of Aerial photography we have seen other companies come and go. We have even given advice to new companies starting up. We are never afraid of competition and as they say competition is healthy. However since our initial concept we have moved on and although we are moving onwards and upwards ( literally )the main thing that has always remained core to our business belief, is that it should always be fun and friendly and we are always conscious of the pricing point.
Since the heady days of initial start-up we have grown in stature and experience and believe we offer a great and professional service.
The Team
Debra - Has always been a keen photographer.
Her favourite camera. An excellent 5 Megapixel Kodak Z740 10 x optical and 5x advanced digital zoom. Why is it her favourite - " It's a camera that can fit in my bag. I like using viewfinders - not LCD screens and this camera gives excellent results. It's a take anywhere camera, ready to whip out and take that quick shot." Yes I have tried to move her on to a newer camera ( we have about 15 Cameras at our disposable , 12 of which are Canon,) but this really is a terrific camera that is always in use.

Chris - Again like Debra I have always been a keen photographer. I have in the past won an award for my photography ( Best Photo In Category - Landscape of London, Exhibited in Sheffield ) and had my pictures shown on the ITV news. Add this to my knowledge of the 5 Software Packages we use and familiarity with computers means we do all the digital work in house. Although we feel that Photos should be 'untouched' whenever possible, editing is my strength. I take great joy in re-touching old, badly taken ( not by us ) or even requested special effects. My favourite camera. This is a difficult choice. I have favourites for each job. Each camera excelling in the chosen field. But if pushed I would have to say my carry everywhere camera. The Canon G7. The reason I say my hobby camera is that we have 15 Cameras. As mentioned each one excelling in its own field that I use for Work i.e. Aerial, Virtualtours, Weddings, Portraits and even an Underwater camera. However the G7 I take everywhere with me.

All in all we enjoy what we do. We feel we are lucky in that our hobby has become our business. Not everyone can truly say they love going to work.
Both of us are people person's. We never forget you have a choice and we place customer satisfaction at the forefront of our business. A recommend from you the customer, to a friend, is what we are after. We strive and hope to exceed your expectations.
