Here we will try an illustrate the difference between our system and a 'normal' system.

For this example we will use the Business of an 'Estate Agency', although I'm sure you will be able to visualise the application for your Business or Home.

Not wanting to teach estate agents their job, this is just an exercise to show the potential in this system. The cost ( From £85 ) can easily be passed onto the client, who we are sure wouldn't mind the extra cost involved if it leads to more potential buyers coming through his/her door.

Your Property advertisement, that you include in the local paper, will stand out. No longer will you have to rely on a 'normal' picture. Clients can tell at a glance the layout of the property and any outbuildings which will lead to more enquiries and a quicker turnaround.

I think you will agree which ones would stand out for your Clients. Our Camera operates up to 15Meters ( 50Ft in old money ) in All Weathers. You can sit onboard and 'direct' the operation. If, however, you need further height then ( This is where we stand out from the rest ) we can put up our tethered balloon, up to 50 meters.

All systems require no permission from the Local Aviation Authority. The balloon is weather dependant. So what about 'True' aerial photography. Well if you want the expense then go for it, but please don't be fooled into buying a picture of the area from online, these pictures can be up to 5 years old, may not have your property 'centred' in the frame and are Flat.
