Mileage: We charge for travel to and from your location
outside 30 mile radius of Plymouth City Centre 75p per mile ( Price correct at
time of publication ).
- We reserve the right to cancel the appointment due to unforeseen weather
conditions. Namely for mast operations, Lighting, Torrential Rain and gusts
in excess of 45 MPH. We will also cancel if we deem that the mast may 'sway'
onto Property/Power Lines etc. For Hot Air Balloon
Operations Wind Speed on Site greater than 5 M.P.H. We will endeavour to fit
you back in as soon as reasonably possible, This may include weekend work or
late evening. No extra charge will be made. No refunds will be given.
- Your Cancellation. You may cancel the commission at any time.
However you must understand that the later you leave the cancellation the
greater the chance that we will be unable to refill the now vacant slot.
Therefore a charge may be applied as below.
Up to and including 2 weeks prior
to commission - No Charge, but no refund of deposit.
Up to and including 1 week prior to commission - There will be a charge of 10% incurred
+ no deposit refund.
6 Days to 2 Days prior to commission -
There WILL be a charge of 50% incurred and no deposit refund.
1 Day and Day of Commission - Full Price
will be incurred.
- To enable us to take group photos of
Children under 16, On school premises, or Sports occasions, under the
supervision of an appropriate adult, we have conformed to the legal
requirement of a thorough background check by the C.R.B
- Confidentiality - If the photograph or
commission has a confidential nature, Be this
Surveillance or a Business sensitive nature, then we will at all times
remain in Confidence.
- We reserve the right to change our
prices at short notice.
- We reserve the right to turn down the
appointment if we deem that there is a Health and Safety issue. If the
booking is a ‘Long Distance’ telephone booking you must declare all
issues that may affect the ‘shoot’. This includes, but is not an
exhaustive list, Parking, Overhead cables, Pedestrian access,
Fire exits, Blind Corners etc. When booking us to attend a site that
we have not seen, please keep this in mind. Allow a 4ft diameter
‘Footprint’ for us to operate in. If we turn up and deem it unsafe, we
will look for an alternative site, but if none can be found we reserve
the right to cancel and charge the FULL amount that was quoted.
- All photos are taken in at least 7 Mega Pixel JPG format, suitable
for A2 pictures. Unless otherwise directed.
- We do not provide the software required to view the pictures
NOTE - WEDDINGS
Payment. A deposit of 20% taken at time of booking. Balance including
extras to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to wedding.
On the very rare occasions that we may have two bookings on any one
day. We will try and leave a good amount of time between each booking.
If we have two bookings on the same day we WILL inform both parties of
this when we take the second booking. Our obligation to you is that we
will only take the second booking if the time versus distance allows us
to be at both events 30 minutes prior to Bride arrival with at least 30
minutes to spare. Our Promise to you is that If we feel this is not
achievable we WILL NOT take the second booking.
However, it has been known that the bride arrives late and this is
often the joke and is seen as standard. Sometimes this can not be
helped. However through no fault of our own if the delay is over 30
minutes or above, we reserve the right to charge extra for the waiting
time. A Charge of £35 per hour or part thereof will be applied.
If the wait becomes excessive and may impact on any other scheduled
photo event. Then we reserve the right to either cut short the picture
taking or abandon the shoot completely. No refund will be given.
This may seem drastic, but please put yourself in the bridal shoes of
our second ceremony. A happy occasion and no photographer to take the
pictures.
I would like to point out - This, the abandonment of the shoot, so
far has never happened. Unfortunately we have been kept waiting for over
an hour because the bride did not like her make up, and on another
occasion, the wedding cars forgot to turn up.
Payment of the extra hour(s) or part thereof will be taken before
pictures released.
For clarification- We arrive 30 minutes prior to the Bride arrival,
as part of the normal cost. The bride arrival is normally timed to be
the start of the ceremony. It is the time of ceremony start to bride
arriving that may incur an extra cost. we do not count the Bride being
late by up to 15 minutes, these things happen.
End of ceremony - we do not normally put a time limit on this. We
like taking pictures, otherwise we would not be in the photography
business. However we may curtail the picture taking if Bride has arrived
late, to enable us to move on to prior engagement. We hope that this
never happens. |
